First Color HPLC Column Sold

Analtech has shipped its first Color HPLC Column.

Analtech is partnering with Separation Methods Technologies to offer the columns, which utilize proprietary bonding technologies that result in bonded phase coverage that approach 100%. Those bonding technologies were developed by Dr. David Fatunmbi.

“We are excited to offer Dr. Fatunmbi's superior columns,” said Steven Miles, General Manager of Analtech. “For nearly 50 years Analtech has offered high quality Thin Layer Chromatography plates, we can think of no one who offers the same high-quality products in the area of HPLC other than Dr. Fatunmbi and Separation Methods Technologies.”

The HPLC Columns are being offered with a wide variety of sizes and packings, from C8 and C18 silica to methyl, ethyl, butyl, phenyl, and triacontyl.

“In addition to the 30 variations of columns, I'm happy to work with the end users to develop custom-made packings,” said Dr. Fatunmbi. “I know Analtech has offered the same customization services to their customers for years, so this partnership is a perfect fit.”
